ÇADER’in desteğiyle 22 ve 29 Aralık 2025 tarihlerinde Değirmenlik Lisesi öğrencileriyle iki ayrı günde kuş yuvası yapımı etkinliği gerçekleştirildi.
Etkinlik kapsamında öğrenciler, yerel kuş türlerinin yaşam alanları, ekosistem içerisindeki rolleri ve karşılaştıkları tehditler hakkında bilgilendirildi. Öğrenciler, kuş yuvalarını parçalar hâlinde birleştirerek kendileri inşa etti ve bu yuvaların çevrede yaşayan kuş türleri için güvenli barınma alanları oluşturduğunu öğrendi.
Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma sayesinde öğrenciler hem uygulamalı bir üretim sürecine katıldı hem de biyolojik çeşitliliğin korunmasının önemini daha yakından anlama fırsatı buldu. Yapılan kuş yuvalarıyla yerel yaban hayatına somut bir katkı sağlanması amaçlandı.
Değirmenlik Lisesi’ne, öğretmenlere ve etkinliğe katılan tüm öğrencilere teşekkür ederiz. ÇADER olarak doğa koruma ve çevre bilincini destekleyen eğitim çalışmalarını sürdürmeye devam edeceğiz.
Bird Nest Workshop – Değirmenlik High School – 22 & 29 December 2025
With the support of ÇADER, bird nest building activities were organized with students from Değirmenlik High School on two separate days, 22 and 29 December 2025.
During the activity, students learned about the habitats of local bird species, their roles within ecosystems, and the threats they face in the wild. Students assembled the bird nest boxes themselves and learned how these structures provide safe shelter for birds living in the surrounding environment.
Through this hands-on experience, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting biodiversity while actively contributing to local wildlife by creating safe nesting spaces for birds.
